As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, entry points, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures, reporting concerns and directing individuals to the proper contact when needed.
• Support ongoing site operations by maintaining detailed activity logs, reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns, and assisting with order during shift changes, breaks, and high-traffic periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
