What to Expect As a Sr. Superintendent, you will play a critical role in managing and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with your Project team, Design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technicalexpertise, organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will be key in coordinating andfacilitatingvarious aspects of the construction process. What You'll Do Leadday-to-daysite operations across civil, structural, and MEP scopes. Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and vendors tomaintainworkflow continuity and productivity Ensure all installations meet project specifications, codes, and semiconductor facility standardseg.Cleanroom protocols, vibration control).Evaluates plans, builds project schedules, supports submittal reviews, writes RFIs andcoordinatesin-field shutdowns with project stakeholders Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards. Ensure adherence of contractors' Quality Control standards and support internal Quality Assurance/Commissioning for turnover of MEP systems Coordinates field execution with all contractors,establishesdimensional layout/control, verify installation material in the field matches the design documents and ensures contractor as-builts are accurately captured Reviews project plans, P&ID's, single-line diagrams, anddeterminethe feasibility of construction as well as potential value engineering opportunities Manages multiple work fronts simultaneously while adhering to Tesla specifications, procedures, and policies.
