Project Manager to join the East Bank Program Management Team (EBPMT). This highly motivated individual should be experienced in coordinating public infrastructure and utilities for transportation and civil-site projects, from the design phase through construction. They will support the EBPMT, PM, Deputy PM for Engineering, other project managers, and task/discipline leads on a daily basis. The successful candidate will report to the HDR's downtown Nashville Office when it opens in summer 2026. In the interim, the candidate will report to HDR's Brentwood office. In the role of Project Manager, we'll count on you to:

- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, and other civil engineering software as appropriate.
- Professional Engineer in Tennessee (or ability to obtain reciprocity within agreed timeframe).
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel to project sites and participate in field visits as needed.
- Experience in cost estimating (HCSS) and scheduling (Primavera, Microsoft Projects, etc.) a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supported.
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7 years related experience inclusive of a minimum 2 years experience in project management
- Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
