Customer Service Representative - Call Center Location: Onsite Schedule: Full-Time \| Monday-Friday (Weekends as needed) Pay: $20/hr Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with questions or concerns, and providing accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently * Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions * Document customer interactions accurately in company systems * Follow call scripts, policies, and procedures * Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations * Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service or call center experience preferred * Strong communication and listening skills * Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment * Reliable attendance and punctuality What We Offer * Stable schedule and consistent hours * Training and ongoing support * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
