As the Lead Partner Account Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic and account plans to drive profitable growth across new and existing partnerships. You will serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact, through proactive engagement and advocacy, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver initiatives from concept through production implementation. You will influence stakeholders to align on our goals, resolve complex issues, and identify win-win opportunities that improve performance and accelerate program growth.

You will report to Senior Manager and Account Executive, Partner Distribution.

Position Compensation Range:

$111,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

* Oversee partner project lifecycles from initial concept through production implementation.

* Create project plans; maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders; ensure business documentation stays current.

* Build, strengthen, and grow partnerships by developing proactive, creative programs and maintaining regular partner contact.

* Partner with the executive team to establish quarterly goals and defined commitments aligned to mutual annual targets.

* Develop account plans that outline activities, goals, and performance expectations.

* Ensure partner needs are met through frequent interactions covering status, strategy, new initiatives, servicing issues, escalations, account performance, and market changes.

* Coordinate sales, system, and product training for partners.

* Recommend, lead, and implement continuous improvements to drive program growth; apply creative and innovative thinking to improve business outcomes.

* Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for partner relationships, managing complex and non-routine issues; build trust through a service-oriented approach and strong advocacy.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

* Demonstrated experience and skill in building business relationships.

* Demonstrated analytical and advanced problem-solving skills.

* Proactive mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in project management and ushering projects through from inception to conclusion.

* Proven talent to achieve results, identify trends, and meet critical deadlines.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

* Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required; Microsoft Project (or similar project management tools) and SQL skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience growing partnerships in Property & Casualty Insurance.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of the Boston, MA or Madison, WI offices.
