SVP Platform Engineers & Chief Software Architect

We're looking for a visionary SVP Platform Engineers & Chief Software Architect to shape the architectural strategy and technical roadmap of our global Cloud & SaaS product portfolio.

In this senior role, you will lead endtoend solution architecture, drive shared platform services across product lines, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and enterprisegrade. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to align technology with business strategy and accelerate innovation.

• Enterprisewide Cloud & SaaS architecture vision
• Multitenant, highavailability, distributed systems
• Shared services consolidation (Auth, Analytics, APIs, GenAI foundations)
• Microservices & cloudnative architecture design
• DevOps, CI/CD, and unified cloud deployment automation
• Crossproduct integrations and platformlevel innovation

• 15+ years in software engineering & architecture
• 5+ years leading endtoend system architecture
• Proven experience delivering largescale, highavailability enterprise systems
• Significant experience in SaaS / Cloudnative product companies, operating multitenant platforms at scale
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and Azure (advantage)
• Leading enterprise architecture transformations
• Handson expertise: React.js, Java, C++, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud security

• Background in insurance platforms (PAS)
• Experience building digital platforms or low/nocode frameworks
