We're seeking aTraining Manager to lead and evolve technical training programs across datacenters within your area of responsibility. In this role, you'll assess workforce training needs, manage technical training delivery, and engage your team in procedural change management efforts. You'll apply project and program management principles to track, evaluate, and report on training outcomes, while developing your own leadership capabilities and coaching trainers in their career growth. Location and workfromhome flexibility are available based on team distribution and time zone coverage. As a CO+ITraining Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the foundational technologies behind Microsoft's online services, including Azure, Bing, Office 365, Xbox, and OneDrive. Technical Training M4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
