QA/QC Technician - Structured Cabling & Low Voltage (Data Center) We're looking for a detaildriven QA/QC Technician to support quality inspections inside a data center environment. This is a pure auditing role - not an installation position. You'll review completed telecom work to ensure everything is installed correctly, tested properly, dressed cleanly, and compliant with industry and manufacturer standards. What You'll Do * Perform daily QA/QC audits on copper, fiber, racks, and cable dressing * Document nonconformities, risks, and improvement opportunities * Verify testing, labeling, and installation quality * Support corrective action plans and followup inspections * Maintain organized reports and inspection records * Assist with training teams on quality standards * Stay current on industry codes, standards, and best practices What We're Looking For * 2+ years of structured cabling experience (fiber & copper) * Strong understanding of cabling standards and proper installation practices * Ability to think like an auditor, not an installer * Excellent attention to detail and criticalthinking skills * Strong communication and documentation abilities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; LMS experience a plus * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn * Ability to travel occasionally and support multiple sites if needed Work Environment * Data center setting * Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (OT available and sometimes required) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.
