What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:



  • Oversees operation of production equipment to manufacture, process, and assemble commercial products in accordance with defined procedures and specifications.
  • Follows product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce qualitycompliant products.
  • Monitors production output to ensure conformance with quality, safety, and performance
  • Identifies, documents, and reports production inconsistencies, quality concerns, or equipment issues to supervisors and appropriate stakeholders
  • Prepares, maintains, and accurately completes production records and documentation related to manufacturing
  • Supports routine troubleshooting of equipment and processes under the guidance of supervisors or engineering
  • Follows established safety guidelines, including proper material handling procedures and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborates effectively with local manufacturing teams and Breg crossfunctional partners while working in international environments.
  • Represents Breg professionally while onsite with global manufacturing
  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. What You Bring



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly
  • Prior international travel experience required (professional or extended workrelated travel strongly preferred).
  • Must have a passport and be able to obtain necessary work VISAs for international business
  • Ability to read and follow technical documents such as SOPs, work instructions, blueprints, and
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing quality and safety
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, equipment, and cultural
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work onsite in China and Pakistan for the full assignment

Work Schedules include....



  • May include variable start/end times outside of the company's standard business hours of 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.


Compensation

Salary Range: $17.54 - $21.92. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
