Gear Up for the Job:

• At least1 year of maintenance or related experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a "fix-it" mindset
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Someone reliable who can work independently and stay organized
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Your Daily Grind (The Good Kind)

• Jump in and handle day-to-day maintenance requests quickly and professionally
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and more
• Get units move-in ready by completing turns/make-readies on schedule
• Keep grounds and shared spaces clean, safe, and looking their best
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid bigger issues down the line
• Support inspections and help maintain overall property standards
• Work with vendors and assist with coordination when needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
