The Senior Director of Onsite Health Pharmacy Operations is responsible for leading the expansion ofConcentra's onsite health pharmacy operation in close collaboration with Onsite Health Leadership and the St. Mary's leadership teams. This role includes, but is not limited to, program framework design for onsite-focused pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and full-service pharmacy offerings, shared QA processes with St. Mary's, ROI and cost avoidance analyses, defining dispensing and benefit strategies, and integrating health improvement offerings with appropriate pharmacological solutions when applicable. The Senior Director of Onsite Health Pharmacy Operations will maintain significant communication and engagement with clients, brokers, patients, internal and external Concentra stakeholders, including medical, legal, finance, and the Onsite Health team.



Responsibilities

    Development of Onsite Health Pharmacy programming with key stakeholders
  • Clinician dispensing, full-service pharmacy offerings, and PBM/specialty offerings
  • Partner with medical leadership to align pharmacy services with primary care, chronic disease management, and occupational health programs
  • Development of Onsite Health pharmacy growth plan in conjunction with Onsite Health Leadership * Lead end-to-end pharmacy development, including:
  • Site assessment and feasibility
  • Space planning and workflow design
  • Licensing, regulatory compliance, and accreditation
  • Vendor selection and contracting (wholesalers, PBMs, technology platforms)
  • Oversee pharmacy go-live planning, staffing models, and operational readiness
  • Pilot and scale innovative pharmacy models (e.g., limited-formulary, chronic care, specialty coordination)
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies, workflows, and service enhancements to improve efficiency and patient experience
  • Support expansion of pharmacy services across multiple onsite locations
  • Development of pharmacological health improvement integration points with onsite clinical programming Identification and maintenance of medication formularies for Onsite Health pharmacy offering
  • Collaboration on development of client-facing pharmacy material
  • Ability to maintain ongoing account management relationship with large accounts
  • Any additional pharmacy programmatic related tasks


Qualifications

  • Education Level: Doctorate Degree Major: Pharmacy
  • Must hold an active and unrestricted Pharmacy degree as a Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) Must hold an active State Pharmacist license issued by the State Board of Pharmacy
  • 2-3 years pharmacy programming and employer-dedicated health care experience
  • Current understanding of client PBM creation, pharmacy needs and trends in the industry, and familiarity with broker needs
