In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. Position Summary The Sales Manager will partner closely with station leadership to drive revenue growth, optimize sales performance, and maximize profitability across KRIV/KTXH's portfolio. This role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day leadership of account executives, ensuring strong execution across broadcast, digital, and emerging platforms. This role requires strong expertise in political sales, including a solid understanding of FCC regulations and compliance. The Sales Manager leads the execution of strategic sales initiatives, mentors a team of Account Executives, and builds strong relationships with local clients and national agencies to maximize market share. Drawing from a deep understanding of media sales, pricing strategy, and client development, the Sales Manager will help identify new revenue opportunities while strengthening existing business relationships. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $85,000.00-90,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
