Job Title: Traffic Specialist I

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:
Entry-level fulfillment support role responsible for processing and managing advertising insertion contracts from order intake through invoicing. Duties include contract maintenance, ad copy coordination, programming support, scheduling, reporting, and ensuring accurate fulfillment of advertising commitments within traffic and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process advertising insertion contracts from activation through billing completion.
  • Maintain contracts, including revisions, pre-emptions, and ad copy updates.
  • Import and activate contracts within traffic and billing systems.
  • Resolve contract revision requests in a timely manner.
  • Process next-day start contracts and ad copy instructions by deadline.
  • Run and analyze reports to monitor contract fulfillment and missing ad copy.
  • Apply traffic and ad copy instructions into scheduling systems.
  • Coordinate workflow between departments to improve efficiency and fulfillment rates.
  • Build and maintain television programming schedules and break structures.
  • Monitor inventory availability and notify sales teams of scheduling impacts.
  • Use scheduling and manual reconciliation tools to ensure spot placement accuracy.
  • Generate commercial playlists and resolve scheduling discrepancies.
  • Maintain electronic and paper documentation related to contracts and programming.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Basic understanding of administrative or operational processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and reporting skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision.

Work Environment:

  • Entry-level support role with close supervision.
  • Focus on routine operational and scheduling tasks.
  • Limited independent decision-making with guidance from supervisors as needed.
