| Pay Rate $18.00Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4 PM - standard 40 hour work week.OT - if any max 2-4 hours a week.Equipment: Experience with PIE is a plus. Forklift, Hi/Lo, Ride along pallet jackEnvironment: Candidate will be working in all 3 environments (Dry, cold, Freezer) PPE will be provided for the cold and freezer environmentsPPE: On Day 1 Steel teo boots/composite above the ankle are required on Day 1 of the job.Day to Day:: helping cycle counters check and count physical inventory across 3 departments. They will review reports that pertain to inventory , validate reserves, pallets are in the correct places, and if the product is there or not.Ensure the integrity of the physical count of the in-house inventory via cycle counting and other duties assigned.* Confirm reserves are properly recorded and verify the count of each reserve pallet.* Initiate and document product transfer from the cooler to the freezer.* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.* Must have exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two- way communication.* Can add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.* Solid problem-solving skills.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Must be able to read, write, and speak English.* Strong computer skills* Experience with PIE is a plus. Forklift, Hi/Lo, Ride along pallet jack. * Ability to stand, walk, and work in various temperatures throughout the 8hr workday.0-3 Years of Experience, Responsible for effectively maintaining accurate warehoused inventory balances and ensuring optimal service levels to customers. Ensures that all daily inventory transactions are recorded into the inventory system completely, accurately, and in a timely manner in order to maintain accurate available stock balance; ensures that monthly reconciling items are resolved timely, completely and accurately; bills/credits all assigned shipper loads as appropriate; processes claims for returned product; ensures all holds are processes in a timely and accurate manner; ensures all physical inventories are processed in a timely and accurate manner; processes storage bills; ensures that any event that may have a material impact on operation available stock balances and/or ability to service customer orders is resolved and/or communicated to supervisors; performs additional duties as assigned. Basic requirements include the ability to speak, write, and communicate in English; a basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Word and Excel; a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in reconciling warehouse inventory systems, and knowledge of basic addition and subtraction.
