Summary:
The Lead Pre-Analytic role represents the organization in all patient settings serving as a liaison and performs key pre-analytical functions, such as specimen collection phlebotomy, specimen processing, specialty testing, order entry, waived testing, quality control, and specialty collection. This role monitors work flow efficiency and assists to resolve concerns and serves in the primary role of orienting new team members.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  2. License/Certifications: PBT/MLA from the ASCP, AMT, or NHA preferred. Valid Driver's License required.
  3. Experience: One year of experience in Phlebotomy and Specimen Management required. One year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Assistant preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: May be asked to work at other sites/locations as needed.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A

The pay range for this position is $20.68to $25.10 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
