Annapolis Junction, MD Join IDS International's Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments. The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) supports secure construction operations by conducting surveillance activities to maintain compliance with ICD 705 and related security requirements. This role requires monitoring construction processes, identifying noncompliance with secure construction standards, and ensuring that all observable construction elements meet required security guidelines. The CST operates within an active construction environment and is responsible for documenting findings, analyzing designs, and maintaining security awareness throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance required Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Age: 21 years or older *Note this is a government, not a company, requirement. Certification: Active CST certification required Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent Required Experience:
Work Schedule & Conditions Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime may be available or required. Flexibility may be required based on project needs. Compensation & Benefits Rate: $ 35.00 per hour Adjusted hourly rates and daily per diem may be available for non-local and/or travel assignments.
