What You Will Do:



  • Own our social presence: Lead and manage RDO's social channels, bringing a consistent voice and strategy across all platforms.
  • Turn ideas into content: Build and manage a content calendar that keeps teams aligned and content flowing.
  • Create content that makes an impact: Partner with teams to develop engaging posts that drive real engagement.
  • Make data work for you: Track performance, measure success, and continuously refine your approach to improve results.

    What You Will Need:



    • Social media expertise: Experience managing social platforms and creating content that drives engagement.
    • Storytelling skills: Ability to write, edit, and communicate in a way that connects with different audiences.
    • Creative and analytical thinking: Comfortable balancing creativity with data to make smart, informed decisions.
    • Techsavvy: Familiar with social platforms, analytics tools, and programs like Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Organization and adaptability: Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
    • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
