The Wealth Management Business Process Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting with analysis, in-depth testing, implementing, documentation, and deployment of software and procedures which require complex technical and systems knowledge and apply testing for complex projects.

We are a smaller, collaborative team that works and communicates closely together by bouncing ideas off one another. We welcome and value initiative and creative thinking. Our Manager is readily available, interactive, and accessible for any needs you might have. Our team takes extra time to create efficiencies for our internal stakeholders.

• Building logic to evaluate data, enforce policies and trigger actions will be essential.
• You will use workflow software, Visio, Excel, HTML, SQL, CSS, and JSON to complete large projects and daily tasks.
• You'll partner with your team to divide and troubleshoot any end user issues on a daily basis.
• You will provide complex business process modeling by analyzing current processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• You will work closely with the business lines to identify, analyze, and implement core business process and workflows to ensure accuracy and garner approval.
• You will meet with different groups weekly to discuss improvements, enhancements, additions to current processes that come out of compliance/audit or users having issues.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science and 2 - 5 years related experience or 5 - 7 years of work related experience, which includes business application support and project understanding.
