Description MaineHealth Primary Care, Family Medicine, is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our exceptional team of providers in our Family Medicine practice in Farmington, Maine.The NP/PA will be responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating and educating patients. This is a team care approach that will be working closely with physicians and other clinicians to provide patients a medical home - seeing 15 to 18 patients daily. Franklin's Primary Care services include a mix of Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates. A broad range of other specialty and ancillary services are available within the clinic and through MH Franklin Hospital.The position offers teaching opportunities of nurse practitioners/physician associates and medical students from University of New England's UNECOM program and Tufts University Medical School program. A Family Medicine residency is planned and anticipates taking residents in summer 2027. Minimum Qualifications:

Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment payments, relocation assistance, shift differentials, productivity-based incentives, quality incentives and other premiums. The pay range for this position is $113,900 to $147,400 annually based on the candidate's level of experience.
