The expected hiring range for this position is: $88,800.00-$116,900.00.Please note that the pay range information is a general guideline only. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such the scope and responsibilities of the position, qualifications of the selected candidate, business considerations, internal equity, and external market pay for comparable jobs. The Human Resources Division is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role oversees HR programs that support the implementation and execution of human resources strategies within assigned Laboratory organizations under general supervision. The HRBP ensures a clear understanding of Laboratory needs and objectives and proactively resolves HR and business issues. This position provides consultation, facilitation, and execution support in areas such as talent management and employee relations. As a strategic partner, the HRBP serves as a liaison with organizational leaders to deliver HR solutions in partnership with core HR functions.
