Responsibilities
Michael's House is currently seeking a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative reports to the Business Development Director and serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring individuals or organizations. The Business Development Representative is responsible for promoting the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. Schedule is based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours, as directed by the Business Development Director. Benefits include: * Challenging and rewarding work environment Qualifications Qualifications Experience At least three years of marketing and/or sales, referral development, account management, sales growth and/or physician relationship-building experience within a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting is highly preferred.
