Team OverviewThe Alliances / Partner team cultivates external relationships with strategic partners that align with the mission of PowerSchool to the benefit of our customers. This high energy team works strategically across the business in support of PowerSchool sales, product, and services teams to source 3rd party vendors that bolster PowerSchool products and solutions. ResponsibilitiesDescription The Senior Alliances / Partner Executive plays a pivotal role within PowerSchool, focusing on creating partnerships with independent software vendors (ISVs) in the K-12 education space. This position requires an individual who is driven, adaptable, and highly motivated to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proactive attitude toward achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, nurturing relationships throughout all phases of the sales and onboarding process and ensuring alignment between partner products and PowerSchool's suite of solutions. Compensation & Benefits PowerSchool offers the following benefits:
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $72,600 - $90,800 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
