Overview

The Partner & Alliances Enablement Manager will design and deliver enablement programs that equip partners and alliance teams to sell, implement, and expand Blue Yonder solutions. This role combines learning program design, partner-facing sales enablement, technical enablement coordination, and cross-functional program management to accelerate partner revenue, improve win rates, and strengthen partner competency across our ecosystem.

Location: US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 40%

What You'll Do:

Alliance Strategy & Partner Enablement (The "Partnership" Motion)

  • Ecosystem Governance:Define andmaintainthe formal partner framework, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and performance standards
  • Program Architecture:Design co-marketing and co-selling playbooks that allow partners to effectivelyrepresentBlue Yonder solutions in the market
  • Knowledge Transfer:Lead enablement sessions for partner organizations to ensure theyremaincurrent on BlueYonder'ssoftware capabilities and value proposition
  • Strategic Alignment:Facilitateexecutive-level QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to align BlueYonder'ssoftware roadmap with the hardware innovation cycles of our key vendors

Strategic Vendor & Supply Chain Management (The "Operational" Motion)

  • Cost & Margin Optimization:Lead all hardware-relatedquotingprocesses and negotiate favorable unit pricing, volume rebates, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Supply Chain Continuity:Proactively manage vendor lead times, manufacturing schedules, and globallogisticsto prevent deployment delays
  • Operational Excellence:Partner with the Support and Services teams to oversee kiosksupportGTM, drivingmaximumuptime and high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) for deployed units
  • Vendor Risk Management:Continually assess the financial and operational health of the vendor base to ensure long-term stability for BlueYonder'shardware commitments

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner operations, alliances, or sales enablement in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling partner training, certification, or partner onboarding programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and program management skills - able to coordinate globally across Product, Sales, Marketing, Technical teams, and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with demonstrated ability to create clear, persuasive enablement content and deliver engaging training sessions
  • Experience using LMS, enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot), CRM (Salesforce), and enablement analytics tools
  • Ability to travel as needed to support partner events, onboarding, or workshops (typically up to 40% - set per company policy)
  • Prior experience with supply chain, retail, or logistics software solutions preferred
  • Background in technical enablement or partner delivery consulting a plus
  • Familiarity with partner program structures (tiering, MDF, co-sell motions)

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
