What You'll Find Here *5:1-6:1 RN-to-patient ratio for Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients *Dedicated unit-based Clinical Educator *House-wide Night Shift Clinical Educator *Day and Night Clinical Practice Leaders *Clinical Coach available 7 nights per week *Resource RN with minimal patient assignment *Dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) on each shift *Self-scheduling opportunities *Strong culture of teamwork, mentorship, and clinical support As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit, you will be responsible for interpreting and implementing the plan of care, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will use your clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care while collaborating closely with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
