Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead and manage the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring proper documentation and risk evaluation

  • Coordinate Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and track action items through completion

  • Ensure PSM program compliance and maintain audit readiness at all times

  • Support and lead internal and external safety audits, resolving findings promptly

  • Develop, maintain, and improve PSM documentation, procedures, and training materials

  • Conduct employee training sessions on process safety practices and program updates

  • Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

  • Oversee Mechanical Integrity programs to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Conduct Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) for new and modified equipment

Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Lead and manage the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring thorough documentation, risk evaluation, and successful implementation.

  • Coordinate Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), facilitate reviews, and drive action items to completion.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements and maintain audit readiness.

  • Support and lead internal and external safety audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and identified gaps.

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PSM procedures, documentation, and training programs.

  • Deliver employee training and awareness programs on process safety requirements and best practices.

  • Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

  • Oversee Mechanical Integrity programs to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.

  • Conduct Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs) for new installations, capital projects, and equipment modifications.

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline.

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Process Safety Management programs in a chemical manufacturing environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP) requirements.

  • Experience facilitating risk assessments, hazard analyses, and process safety reviews.

  • Knowledge of Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change, Incident Investigation, and Process Hazard Analysis methodologies.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.

  • Demonstrated commitment to driving a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

Salary Range:

$95,000 - $110,000
