Description Lincoln HospitalNursing/Clinical Support Per diem MA needed to be part of the Lincoln Hospital School Based Health Center (SBHC ) team, could support any of the five SBHCs including; Morse, Medomak Valley, Boothbay Region or Wiscasset Middle High Schools and Lincoln Academy. Because this position is based in a community clinic, work focuses on patient outreach, care coordination and scheduling in addition to the traditional MA role. Potential for longer-term placement to cover for leave of other SBHC MAs or simply fill in for specific shifts as needed. The Medical Assistant II role is assigned duties and responsibilities related to patient care and administrative support in a team-based environment while promoting a smooth flow of patients through the office. The Medical Assistant II role functions under the license of the physician/advanced practice practitioner when performing clinical and other patient care responsibilities.
