Job Title: Manager, Organization Development Reports to: SVP, Organization Development Location: 10 Hudson Yards, NYC (North America Zone) Who We Are: L'Oreal is present in 150 markets on five continents. What You Will Do: As the Organization Development (OD) Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling two critical pillars within the OD function. The first pillar focuses on professionalizing our project management lifecycle-from intake and mapping to learning activations and NPS tracking-ensuring all OD initiatives are data-driven and globally aligned. The second pillar (S2) positions you as the primary Data Steward and Community Lead, driving the success of our Action Plans and Monthly Champion engagements to ensure pulse survey results translate into tangible organizational change.
