Could you be the full-time Designated Supervisor for Locomotive Engineers (DSLE) in California we're looking for? This role is support Metrolink service at our East Ventura or San Bernardino CA crew bases and will be on-site with flexibility to cover other crew bases in the greater Los Angeles area.Relocation may be offered. Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, safety-focused, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of locomotives and trains, while mentoring and guiding engineers and conductors to achieve compliance with all rules and regulations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Safety, Training, and Compliance Managers), oversee operations, and respond to service disruptions, among other responsibilities. You'll specifically take care of overseeing locomotive engineer and conductor certification requirements, but also ensure adherence to all FRA regulations and SCRRA guidelines. We'll look to you for:

Pay Range $120,000 to $140,000 depending on experience/qualififcations. This position is eligible for Railroad Retirement. You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
