Could you be the full-time Designated Supervisor for Locomotive Engineers (DSLE) in California we're looking for? This role will be based on-site in Pomona, CA and is a fixed term (6-month) contract with potential to extend depending on business needs. Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and leadership expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside a collaborative and safety-conscious team of professionals. You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe scheduling of train crew operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including dispatchers, trainmasters, and other departments, to coordinate crew assignments, maintain compliance with regulations, and manage crew availability. You'll also handle emergency crew calls, oversee crew changes, and ensure a seamless operation of the rail system. You'll specifically take care of scheduling and notifying train crews of their assignments, but also maintaining accurate records and addressing customer complaints to ensure the highest level of service quality. Pay Range $90,000 to $105,000 depending on experience/qualifications. This position is eligible for Railroad Retirement. You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
