Box Office Representative

Responsibilities:

• Assists guests with ticket needs; distribute will-call as needed.
• Answers questions concerning upcoming entertainment at Hard Rock Live.
• Operates ticket reservations system and other in-house computer based systems used in the area.
• Processes and distributes complimentary ticket orders.
• Obtains tickets as requested, computes bills, gives proper change and/or obtains signatures as needed.
• Handles cash, cash equivalents, and all paperwork in accordance with Company policies.
• Removes, records, and turns in amount of cash in register at end of shift, with necessary paperwork.
• Balances ticket reservations system and other in house computer-based systems as required at the end of shift.
• Promotes outstanding guest relations.

• Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people.
• Must have the ability to have fun while on duty!
• Must possess excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

High School (preferred)

Must possess basic computer skills. (preferred)
Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. (preferred)
Background in money handling skills. (preferred)
Casino experience recommended but not required. (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years related experience. (preferred)
