ENGINEER - FACILITIES

The Engineer - Facilities is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, as well as providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

  • Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
  • Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. Perform routine maintenance.
  • Perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts with instructions provided by supervisor.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Two years of maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests.
