AV Service Coordinator
Department: Audiovisual Reports To: Manager of Technical Services *About the Role* We're looking for an organized, customer-focused AV Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the hub of our audiovisual service operation - managing incoming service requests, keeping tickets moving, and making sure our clients get the support they need, when they need it. You'll also play a key role in our service contract business, from proposal generation all the way through renewal. *What You'll Do* On any given day, you might be entering and updating service orders in Hedberg, creating service renewal proposals, or tracking opportunities in ConnectWise. You'll generate proposals for third-party service providers, manage service agreements, and coordinate preventative maintenance tickets per contract requirements. When incidents come in, you'll create AV support tickets, assign technicians and subcontractors, and manage those tickets through to completion - making sure all SLAs are met. You'll also follow up on past-due invoices, coordinate with vendors on equipment repairs or replacements, and manage loaner asset tracking. *What We're Looking For?* You're detail-oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine customer service mindset. You communicate clearly - both on the phone and in writing - and you're comfortable working independently with limited supervision. You bring solid intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access), a strong math aptitude, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
