Epic Beacon Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Georgia (remote flexibility possible) Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire Conversion Salary: $100K-$120K Overview Seeking an Epic Certified Beacon Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This individual will play a key role in supporting ongoing optimization efforts and enterprise-wide Epic initiatives. Candidates must be open to converting full-time at the end of the contract period. Top Skills Required * Epic Beacon Certification (required) * 3-5 years of recent Beacon build, testing, and troubleshooting experience * Experience supporting oncology workflows and end users Key Responsibilities * Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements * Perform Beacon build, configuration, and testing * Support go-live activities and post-go-live optimization * Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for oncology workflows * Maintain strong documentation and follow best practices for system changes Nice-to-Have Skills * Programming experience * Analysis and design experience * Broader EMR/EHR experience Qualifications * Experience working in a large enterprise healthcare environment preferred * Strong communication and documentation skills * Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical IT settings (onsite or remote) Why This Role * Opportunity to work with one of the largest health systems in Georgia * Exposure to enterprise-wide Epic initiatives and optimization efforts * Play a role in a major Epic refuel initiative and ambulatory expansion * Long-term potential through contract-to-hire conversion Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
