What to Expect

As Program Manager at Tesla, you will be a part of the infrastructure team at Tesla facilities. You will play an essential role in sustaining organizational operations for projects in a manufacturing environment by coordinating efforts across a wide range of cross functional teams.


What You'll Do
  • Maintain Design and Construction team design process workflow
  • Create and develop programs in conjunction with stakeholders across the infrastructure group to streamline processes
  • Manage training database while finding/creating new training and development programs
  • Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing and following up with action items as necessary
  • Ensure stakeholders (Internal and External) are engaged and aligned to the program goals
  • Employ a can-do attitude, taking on any task required to support the team and get things done
  • Review internal communication and documentation for efficiency and succinct expression
  • Support internal teams with RFQ's, RFP's and other tasks as necessary
  • Develop tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling program teams to focus more efforts on problem solving
  • Own project funding request process in collaboration with construction team

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Express and create documentation that clearly and efficiently communicates complex technical concepts
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary within A/E firms. Experience with managing complex MEP projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Data science/analytic skills are a plus
  • Ability to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals and demanding work environment
  • Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problems
