Position: AV Service Coordinator Department: Audiovisual Reports To: Manager of Technical Services About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused AV Service Coordinator to support service operations and contract management within our Audiovisual team. This role is responsible for managing service requests, coordinating tickets, and supporting the full lifecycle of service contracts-from proposal creation through renewal-while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and operational accuracy. What You'll Be Doing * Entering and managing service orders * Creating service renewal proposals and tracking opportunities in ConnectWise * Coordinating quotes and proposals for third-party service providers * Managing service agreements and tracking contract amortization * Scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance per contract requirements * Creating and managing AV support tickets through completion to ensure SLA compliance * Following up on outstanding T&M invoices * Assigning technicians and subcontractors to service tickets * Coordinating with vendors for equipment repair or replacement * Managing and tracking loaner equipment assets What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with urgency * Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude * Solid organizational skills and attention to detail * Intermediate proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access * Strong problem-solving ability and math aptitude * Comfortable working with systems like Hedberg and ConnectWise (training provided) * Ability to work effectively with limited supervision Why It's a Great Opportunity * High-impact role supporting both operations and client experience * Exposure to service contracts, sales support, and AV operations * Collaborative team environment with opportunities to grow Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Andover, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
