What to Expect

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and
organized Executive Assistant to work alongside our Infrastructure team. You
will be the right-hand and operational partner to the Senior Director of
Infrastructure. You will manage all administrative functions, lead impactful
projects, and become deeply involved in the business with an expectation to
travel approximately 25% of the time, engaging with teams and stakeholders
across key locations.


What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Director,
    Infrastructure, including managing calendars, booking domestic and
    international travel, and processing expense reports
  • Take detailed meeting notes, synthesize outcomes, and track follow-ups
    while preparing executive-level documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain and continuously improve workflow standards and cadence to
    ensure operational efficiency
  • Partner with the leader and direct reports on strategic planning,
    defining team objectives and priorities
  • Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, including complex
    event planning
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants and support organizations (IT, HR,
    Workplace), staying current on company policies and relevant team resources
  • Handle all confidential information with the utmost discretion

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's
    degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of
    experience supporting a senior leader
  • Excellent
    interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Positive
    attitude and team player, representing the executive in every interaction
  • Highly
    organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and
    anticipate changes
  • Proactive
    problem solver able to work independently
  • Must be
    willing to travel 25% of the time

    Expected Compensation
    $92,000 - $174,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
