What to Expect This role includes various station assignments including line cook, pastry, and prep. The line cook prepares and plates menu items in a fast paced, round the clock diner environment. The Pastry Cook is responsible for the preparation and execution of all pastry, dessert, and supporting items. The Prep Cook supports kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and components in accordance with established specifications, ensuring readiness for service and maintaining proper inventory levels. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain food safety standards, and help keep service smooth across all shifts.
