You have learned to read between the lines, to know when "can you set up a call" really means "I need to align these three stakeholders before this decision goes sideways," and you handle it. Discretion is second nature to you. You have seen sensitive information, heard tough conversations, and you know how to hold that with professionalism and judgment.
