We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join a growing data center team as an Entry-Level Data Center Technician. No prior telecom experience required - we'll train the right attitude. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in construction, trades, military, or other physically demanding environments who want to transition into the technology space. What You'll Be Doing * Pulling and routing lowvoltage cabling throughout a large data center * Assembling, stacking, and drilling equipment racks * Scanning, labeling, and documenting equipment locations using a computer * Supporting installation and infrastructure projects alongside experienced technicians * Following safety procedures and quality standards at all times What We're Looking For * Experience in a physically demanding job (construction, labor, military, trades, etc.) * Strong work ethic and a positive, teamfirst attitude * Reliable attendance and dependability - this is critical to success * Comfort working on ladders and lifts * Handson experience with tools; electrical or military experience is a big plus * Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clarksville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
