Position Overview We are seeking an Order Entry Representative to join our team in Wheeling, IL. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing customer service or sales support who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You'll play a key role in supporting customers, managing orders, and working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage assigned customer accounts with a focus on increasing satisfaction, sales, and gross margin * Process quotes, orders, and follow-ups, while providing delivery updates * Handle customer issues including credits, debits, and returns (RMA) * Communicate customer needs to Operations and Engineering teams * Monitor and manage pricing and inventory agreements * Maintain accurate documentation to ensure continuity of service * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently * Handle a high volume of orders (50-75 complex orders with multiple line items) * Support both domestic and international clients within the Power Transmission team Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) * 2+ years of experience in order entry, sales support, or customer service * Experience with order entry and ERP systems * Strong product knowledge background * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail Preferred Skills * Experience with pricing and inventory management * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
