Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced, high-volume operations team. This role supports the processing of vehicle titles for online auto sales, managing a large daily volume with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Process approximately 4,000 vehicle titles daily * Match titles with corresponding bills of sale * Sort and organize documents alphabetically by dealer name * Receive and input title information into internal systems * Stamp, assign, and prepare titles for shipment * Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment Qualifications * Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Comfortable with alphabetizing and document handling * Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly * Strong typing skills * Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback * Team-oriented while also capable of working independently Preferred (Not Required): * Prior auto title or automotive industry experience Work Environment & Benefits * On-site position (Carmel, IN) * Standard business hours with optional overtime * 1-hour lunch break + two 15-minute breaks * Smart casual dress code (comfortable shoes recommended) * No phone work required Perks Include: * On-site cafe and nearby food options * Gym access upon permanent hire * Opportunities for career growth and internal promotion * Strong, team-focused company culture * Competitive benefits package (upon permanent hire) * Potential for increased earnings after conversion to full-time Why Join Us?
