Account Manager, Regional Sales, Stellantis OEM Molex Transportation Innovative Solutions Group | Rochester Hills, Michigan
Your Job If you've spent your career selling technical solutions into Detroit iron, this role was built for you. This role owns the Stellantis relationship across North America, one of Molex's most strategic automotive accounts and one of the largest OEM opportunities in the industry. As an Account Manager, you will lead commercial growth for Stellantis, backed by a global engineering team and one of the broadest connector portfolios in the industry. This is a growth-first account management role. You'll set strategy, build relationships across Stellantis' procurement and engineering organizations, and close new business. You will stay focused on pipeline and growth. Our Team Molex is a global leader in connectors and interconnect solutions, and our Transportation Innovative Solutions Group partners with major OEMs worldwide. Our automotive connector portfolio spans:
That breadth means more doors to open at every customer's visit and a more compelling conversation at every level of the org chart. As a Koch Industries company, Molex operates under a Principle Based Management (PBM) philosophy: we empower individuals to think like owners, challenge assumptions, and drive long-term value with less bureaucracy and more accountability than you'd find at most large-company competitors. What You Will Do You'll lead all commercial activity for Stellantis OEM accounts in North America, supported by cross-functional teams in engineering, product management, and contracts.
What Success Looks Like In this role, success means expanding Molex content across vehicle platforms, increasing bookings and revenue, and building executive-level relationships that position Molex for future sourcing wins. The strongest performers will proactively identify growth opportunities, influence customer strategy, and create long-term value for both Stellantis and Molex through disciplined pipeline management and execution. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) We're looking for an automotive sales professional with experience selling connector technologies, electrical/electronic systems, or other complex automotive hardware into OEM customers.
What Will Put You Ahead
Compensation and Career Path This role provides direct ownership of one of Molex's highest-profile automotive OEM relationships and offers visibility across global sales, product management, and business leadership teams. This role is your platform, not a ceiling. Work Environment This is a Michigan-based role with approximately 25% travel, the majority of which is local to the greater Detroit metro area and some global travel. You'll spend most of your time close to the customer and close to home. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs. This means we openly challenge the status quo, find new ways to create value and get rewarded for our individual contributions.
