POSITIONTITLE Account Manager- Building and Infrastructure POSITION OVERVIEW As an Account Manager for the Advanced Reinforcements (ADR) business, you willbe responsible formanaging and growing strategic customer relationships whileidentifyingnew business opportunities within your assigned territory. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of Milliken's advanced reinforcement solutions by working closely with customers to understand their technical needs, product requirements, and application challenges. The Account Manager will partner with engineering, product development, and commercial teams to deliver innovative reinforcement solutions that create value for customers across targeted industries. Success in this role requires the ability to build strong customer relationships, understand complex technical applications, andidentifyopportunities to grow existing accounts while securing new business. The ideal candidate willdemonstratestrong consultative selling skills, the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, and the capability to navigate complex customer organizations and decision-making processes. This individual must also be able to translate customer requirements into opportunities for Milliken's advanced materials and reinforcement technologies. This role reports to Sr. Sales Director and requiresapproximately 40-50% travel to support customers, prospective accounts, and industry events. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
