Plant Administrator Posted Date: Jun 5, 2026 Requisition Number: 129120 Job Location: Plymouth, IN Job Summary Responsible forperforming a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the office to facilitate the efficient operation of the office. Duties and Responsibilities *Coordinateoffice visitors and respond to general HR inquiries. *Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. *Performgeneral administrative duties including copying, scanning, filing, faxing, mailing, and maintaining daily call logs. *Manageoffice operations such as ordering supplies, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and shipping. *AdministerHR systems and processes including Aurora, badges, keycards, Trumpia, and employee apparel distribution. *Tracktemporary employee attendance and communicate updates with staffing agencies. *Maintainand audit lockers, bulletin boards, HR mailbox, training logs, and disciplinary records. *Processvendor reimbursements and refunds. *Supportoffice and company events, including coordinating logistics and running errands as needed. *Arrangemeals for meetings, orientations, and visitors. *Manageonboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire folders, orientations, and termination documentation. *Assistwith employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, recognition programs (e.g., Maker of the Month), and company events. *Translatedocuments and communications as needed. *Scanand distribute terminated employee files to HR leadership. *Performadditional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
