Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays, as needed

Step onto the floor where skilled assembly meets opportunity. We're looking for Mechanical Assemblers to join our crew and help keep products moving with precision, speed, and quality.

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial mechanical assembly
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work from technical instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tape measurements (including conversion skills)
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude

What You'll Build Every Day

• Assemble mechanical components for electrical units including switchgear and breaker systems
• Interpret and follow blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure accuracy and safety
• Handle various tools and equipment, maintaining them in proper working condition
• Support shipping prep, including splitting gear and final touches
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with team leads and senior assemblers to meet production goals
