Summary
As an Integration Project Manager at STERIS, you will be responsible for leading integration projects for an assigned territory, providing project management and installation services. This position will be directly responsible for a team of approximately 2-5 direct reports and responsible for the financial performance of major and/or multiple construction and retrofit projects. What you'll do as an Integration Project Manager
Owns responsibility for project delivery by teams composed of Integration Lead Installers and Service Integration Specialists. Develops project schedules and executes according to plan. Evaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of field directives and scheduling changes. Actively pursuesadditionalwork through change orders. Managescosts and billings. Completes project billings ina timelyandaccurateformat to the client. Maintains profitability goals. Analyzes financial reporting systems and project schedules to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project progress,issuesand financial status to management asrequired. Manages risks and establishes project recovery plans when required. Negotiates, prepares and issues subcontractor purchase orders. Overseesproject construction for compliance with specifications, localcodesand installation techniques. Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned. Assistssales in project development efforts. The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
