| JOB SUMMARY: |
The Senior Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, administration, communication, and optimization of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Operating within a lean HR team, this role serves as both a strategic partner and hands-on leader, ensuring total rewards programs are market-competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational performance and talent objectives. | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
- A working knowledge of human resources processes and practices normally acquired through completion of a four-year degree in human resources management or business administration or related field or equivalent experience; and
- Eight plus years of progressively responsible human resources experience; with at least three years' experience managing end-to-end compensation and benefits programs.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Oversee compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis.
- Execute and manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, and equity/incentive programs), including modeling, governance, and communications
- Oversee benefits strategy and day-to-day administration, including medical, retirement, wellness, and leave programs
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay equity analyses, and internal assessments to inform compensation decisions and structure design
- Partner directly with HR Business Partners and HR leadership to provide compensation guidance, job evaluations, and workforce planning support
- Support executive and Director-level decision-making with data-driven insights, financial modeling, and risk analysis
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA, ACA, ERISA, SEC reporting support as needed)
- Manage vendor relationships across compensation and benefits programs, including performance evaluation and cost optimization
- Develop clear, effective employee communications to improve understanding and perceived value of total rewards offerings
- Support M&A activity, including due diligence, cost modeling, and integration of compensation and benefits programs
- Leverage HR systems and analytics (HRIS, compensation tools, reporting platforms) to enhance decision-making and streamline processes
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

| KEY SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES: |
- Strong expertise across compensation design, incentive structures, and benefits programs
- High level of analytical and financial modeling capability, including scenario and cost analysis
- Ability to operate strategically while executing independently in a lean team environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to align rewards strategy to organizational objectives
- Executive-level communication and influence skills, including interaction with senior leadership
- Deep understanding of compliance and governance requirements for total rewards programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
- High attention to detail and strong process discipline
- Ability to support leadership decision-making through analytics and financial modeling
- High integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters

- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or similar preferred

- Salary Range: $135,760 - $169,700

- Background Check, MVR and drug screen may be required.
- May be required to maintain a valid driver's license.
- Requires minimal travel (up to 10%) including in-state and out-of-state by car and/or plane with overnight stays.
