Cape Fox Endeavor is accepting resumes for a Medical Administrative Assistant. This part-time position is a fully remote role and is essential to the smooth coordination of occupational health services delivered through a national vendor network. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, skilled in handling sensitive information, and experienced in supporting both clinical teams and federal employees.

The total hourly pay for this non-exempt position is $45.09. Thisis comprised of a base hourly rate of $40.00 plus $5.09per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations. Thisrate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, for eligible positions we offer a variety of benefits including specified holidays, paid sick and vacation leave, and 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.

Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EPA employee inquiries via phone and email regarding occupational health services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with nursing staff and third-party vendors for services such as physicals, immunizations, and lab work.
  • Assist with the secure handling, tracking, and filing of medical records in compliance with thePrivacy Act of 1974andHIPAA.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all service requests.
  • Support all members of the occupational health team, including nurses, program managers, and vendor partners.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and communication channels to ensure prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist with onboarding and credentialing of new vendors and service providers.
  • Contribute to reporting and quality assurance efforts by maintaining logs and tracking service metrics.
