Summary of This Role The Senior Sales Operations Specialist plays a central role in keeping the Global Payment's Software division sales organization running efficiently and effectively. This position supports the Director of Sales Operations with the operational infrastructure that supports the sales team, by improving visibility into performance, strengthening processes, and maintaining the operational systems that support revenue growth. The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, process discipline, and strong communication. The ideal candidate enjoys building structure, solving problems, and adapting to changing business needs.
What Part Will You Play?
Develops, maintains, and continuously improves sales reporting and analytics, providing regular pipeline updates, deal activity summaries, and trend analyses for the sales team and leadership based on data such as Salesforce or Gong. Utilizes BI tools such as PowerBI to display and translate data into clear, actionable insights for multiple audience levels. Develops a thorough understanding of current sales workflows and end-to-end operational processes. Proactively identifies inefficiencies, proposes improvements, and owns the documentation of standard operating procedures, playbooks, and process guides to ensure consistency and scalability. Serves as the primary coordinator for client requests across cross-functional organizations including Client Assurance, Legal and others. Manages the sales team's technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Docusign, Vidyard, and others. Maintains a working knowledge of each tool's capabilities, supports team adoption, and evaluates new tools as business needs evolve. Assists in preparing materials and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership. Communicates pipeline updates and operational changes to appropriate parties in a timely manner. Serves as a reliable operational resource by staying current on products, systems, and evolving business needs. Hybrid, 3 days a week in office at our Windward Offices, Alpharetta, GA

Process & Documentation - Demonstrated ability to map existing workflows, identify gaps, and translate improvements into clear, repeatable documentation. Takes ownership of a process from assessment through ongoing maintenance. Reporting & Analytics - Proficient in building and maintaining operational reports and dashboards. Able to present data clearly to both operational and executive audiences. Uses a variety of systems, such as Salesforce or Gong. Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings cross-functionally and to leadership.
