Location: Calmont Operations BuildingDepartment: CBO/PT Financial ServicesShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: Under the leadership of the CBO/PFS management, the PN Dental Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the billing and collections of dental charges to third party payors and managing the dental accounts receivable. Responsible for monitoring and reducing dental AR, the Dental Account Specialist performs follow-up, submits appeals, corrects claims and works underpayments.Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years progressive responsibility in dental billing and collection experience.Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Keyboarding accuracy and computer skills required.Dental terminology, knowledge of insurance and reimbursement procedures.Prior experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing preferred.
